Pending Sales at 2,251 and off-market listings (delisting) maintain the market pulse at a .38% level. Manhattan is holding on to price action due to the resilient rental market.

Olshan Report for the week of the 16th through the 22nd of January, 2023, signed contracts for listings asking $4 million and up – 17 contracts, one fewer than the previous week. Condos again outsold coops 12 to 3, with two townhouses sold. Notably, 8 of the 17 contracts were signed on listings asking more than $10 million – the highest number in 9 months.
